Prior to entering the real estate market, Aldrick Loh worked for a 21-year long career with a global firm listed on the NASDAQ, serving several corporate clients, including 9 years as the Director of Customer Advocacy and Reliability Engineering.
During an operational reorganization exercise, the firm offered Aldrick an abroad post at the pinnacle of his career. Aldrick declined, preferring to remain in Singapore with his family and aging parents, and instead proceeded to follow his secret interest in the property business.
Aldrick is a dedicated and passionate Realtor that takes pride in being the customer’s advocate, treating each client with the highest honesty and commitment because he believes in long-term working relationships.
His clients range from CEOs, property investors, business owners, doctors, lawyers, professionals, home makers/retirees and even the Chairman of a listed company.
Aldrick’s services employ a holistic strategy to address all of a client’s requirements. From determining the client’s needs through doing a property search, negotiating the best price, and finally making an offer and sealing the purchase. He is always available to his clients, assisting them in making informed real estate selections.
Consistently ranked in the Estate Agencies’ “Top Producers” list for the past 10 years, Aldrick is constantly improving himself, always exploring new technologies and broadening his horizons so that he can add even more value to his clients, ensuring that they will have a hassle-free Real Estate journey.
